1. Order Cancellation Window

| Before Production / Within 24 Hours | You may cancel your order within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays) of placing it, for a full refund, no questions asked. |
| Orders Already Shipped | If your order has already been shipped via FedEx International, it cannot be canceled. You may still qualify for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy. |
| After 24 Hours | Cancellations may not be possible if your order is already in production. |

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

| Orders Returned After Shipping | Refund processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. |
4. Exceptions

| Final Sale Items | Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion clearly marked as final sale cannot be canceled or refunded. |
